Graduate of a Master of Science and Technology Accounting and Finance from the University Paris IX Dauphine, Olivier experience marked by the international (expatriation in Angola and the UK) and a passage of more than 10 years in business . Chartered Accountant and Auditor, he joined A & D in 2006 and specializes in international accounting standards and consolidation. He is a member of the Technical Association of IFRS ATH and the Global Board of Integra International.

Contact Philippe MILLANFrançois is a graduate of Grenoble University and has a master in auditing. After gaining substantial experience in Anglo-Saxon firms, François joined A&D in 2008. As an expert comptable, he specializes in Transaction Services. François is also an active member of Integra International’s Corporate Finance Business Unit. He is in charge of the firm’s human resources management.
